haha yeah, fifa10 football game is being played alot lately! i'm guna go swimming tomorrow get abit of exercise in it but the bend kills bt i'll keep pushing it like u said with your bike, to loosen it! which i could jst get abit of chain lube to do the job haha. i miss my bike!

alright well i'm not far of the 8 week mark, got appointment next week. i still aint got bend in the knee though gets to 90 degree's and won't physicly go any further sound familier at all?? yeh my leg hurts like shit too its awful!

hey dude, yeh legs getting better still on crutches though, been about 6.5 weeks for me too. when was it when you ditched the crutches and started walking again or went down to 1 whatever? any closer to riding?

damn you are healing fast! my shoulder is feeling great but the x-ray shows that there is still no bone connecting the peices... they are just held together with the plate and screws. so unfortunately i will feel fine way before i am fine. one crash over the bars will screw me over big time. im gonna do my best to listen to the doc on this one. but i am going to try to get into filming just for fun and would love to travel anywhere even if its just to film. whenever you feel up for riding definitely message me because i can show you some cool spots i found in nashville.

Not sure how much. I guess I would ask 400. There are a few scuffs from brake line rub, and the compression knob fell off the bottom left fork leg. The adjuster works fine with a wrench though. That's really all that's wrong. It has about 8 inches of 1 1/8 steerer also.

idk yet, i may head up there for some riding with my buddies, depends on how things go. we're also planning on building some trails a little closer to home (kinda illegal, but they should be good DH trails) as well as hitting some of the local spots.

I was actually in the bike shop when you called. I'm getting a new longer front brake line. Mine was stretched to the max. So xc for the weekend since I probably won't have it back till beginning of next week.

I never got a chance to call him back. I'll have my phone most of the day today. I'm working really hard you see.

-oh and so I'm getting my xc fix this weekend in the North Cascades and I have my 29er set up as a single speed (I stole derailleur for Remedy) so this should be interesting.

Hard to say. My friends make a 2 hour drive up here all the time to ride. And they definitely say its worth that. 4 hours is pushing it, because i bet you can get to better places in 4 hours. but i love it, if you haven't been maybe come for one of our races next school year. we should be hosting one or two open races in the spring. they are always a huge hit! People drive from florida to ride here race day.

clemson is about 3.5 hrs from chattanooga... i was there this weekend... any good spots to ride there? urban or dirt? if you come to clemson hit me up, everyone is welcome to crash at my place.
